Hi Church!

We are so looking forward to a fun and safe time at our church weekend away on 23rd-25th May 2025.

One of our biggest priorities is ensuring that we do all we can to keep children safe and one of the ways we do this is by ensuring Child Protection and Safeguarding processes are followed and are readily available for people to read, understand and have space to ask questions.

We also have a few Site Rules to also keep everyone safe at the weekend away!

Please can you take a read of the documents below, before you come on site, and tick below to let us know you have read, understood and will adhere to our safeguarding processes and site rules.

REMEMBER:

• You are responsible for your child / children at all times.
 • Our toilets are one child per cubicle. If you are aware of children sharing a cubicle, please do inform the child safety team on the phone number below.
 • Please remember that not all of the adults  are DBS checked.

• The DBS checked kids team for each session will be wearing their blue kids team T - shirt and lanyard so you can easily identify them.
 • Please don’t make assumptions of who is on youth or kids team or who has a DBS check.

If you have any concerns, please call the child safety team phone. Number will be provided in welcome pack!
