Mental Health

As a church we are committed to being trauma informed and validating those who are battling with their mental health.

As a church we recognise that many people struggle with physical health and mental health challenges. We try our best to facilitate a culture where we support each other in our Sunday meetings and group meetings, whilst also recognising that we cannot 'fix' things or be the answer to everything. We pray with and for people and we aim to always be empathetic, kind and supportive. We work alongside professionals and charities who are purposed to provide resources and services that many may find helpful.

Helplines

As much as Pastors are here to support the church pastorally, Churches cannot provide the support that specialist services can. If you are seriously struggling & feeling suicidal, the numbers below are a great starting point to get help.
