Sound Church Private Car Park – Terms and Conditions of Use

This car park is provided free of charge for the exclusive use of Sound Church attendees, staff, and authorised visitors. By parking here, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

1. Use of the Car Park

1.1 This car park is private property and is operated by Sound Church.
1.2 Parking is strictly for Sound Church use only. Unauthorised vehicles may be subject to enforcement action.
1.3 Vehicles must be parked within marked bays and must not cause obstruction to other users, emergency access routes, or entrances.
1.4 Overnight parking is not permitted without prior authorisation.
1.5 The car park may be closed or access restricted at certain times for events, maintenance, or church activities.

2. Charges and Enforcement

2.1 Parking is free of charge; however, use is conditional upon compliance with these terms.
2.2 Vehicles not associated with Sound Church or found in breach of these conditions may be issued a Parking Charge Notice (PCN) or removed.
2.3 The car park is monitored using CCTV

2.4 By parking here, you consent to your vehicle registration and related data being processed for enforcement and security purposes.

3. Liability

3.1 Vehicles and contents are left entirely at the owner’s risk.
3.2 Sound Church accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage, except where caused by proven negligence on the part of the church.

4. Prohibited Activities

4.1 This car park is not for public use or general parking.
4.2 No sleeping, camping, or living in vehicles is permitted.
4.3 No vehicle repairs, commercial activity, or sales may take place in the car park.
4.4 Abandoned or persistently misused vehicles may be removed at the owner’s expense.

5. Data Protection

5.1 Any personal data collected (including vehicle registration numbers) will be processed in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
5.2 Data may be shared with third parties for the purposes of enforcing these terms.

5.3 You have the right to access, correct, or object to the processing of your personal data.
